With the creation of the International Code Council, and their subsequent creation of the International Building Code and related family of codes, more and more jurisdictions are requiring plans submitted for new construction to be analyzed for compliance with the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC). Odisea offers the service of performing the energy analysis from plans before submittal to a building department.

We use computer software that is in compliance with the 2003 IECC. We are capable of efficiently and accurately modelling your planned building's performance to the satisfaction of building departments that have adopted either the International Building Code (IBC) or the International Residential Code (IRC).
